Private residence situated above a cove just off the Severn River, completed in 2011. The site, while commanding in its views of the water, required several variances and working within the strict guidelines of the critical area.

The quiet, established neighborhood that this house joined is defined by Colonial Revival and Craftsman style architecture. It was important to both architect and owner that his residence honor the early 20th century context while still meeting the needs of a modern family.
