This c.1910 townhouse in historic Eastport had suffered a series of ill conceived and poorly built additions. It was also overshadowed by the considerably taller neighbor. Repeating some of the existing architectural forms, the project doubled the size of the house, adding a new kitchen, family room and an owner’s suite above.
